I am writing this letter to state what outstanding service Ms Julieta Issa, from the real estate company, Remax Communities provided to me during my search for a rental property in Cobb County, Georgia.
I was living out of the country and was transferred to Atlanta Georgia and needed to find a home and school for my family. I found Ms Issa’s web site which was the most informative and up to date, for example it listed the schools that each particular house was assigned to. I contacted her and she was very helpful, informative and reassuring that she could find the perfect house and school district I wanted. Upon my arrival to the country, Ms Issa had done extensive research on the area I was interested in and narrowed down a search of houses that fit my budget and the school district I requested. This saved me extensive time and stress of house hunting.
I found the perfect house on the first day of house hunting and Ms Issa was very assertive and knowledgeable with the rental property process and I felt she was looking out for my own interests and rights as a renter at all times. She followed through with all promised telephone calls, and emails during the application process. Once we were accepted she continued with outstanding customer service. She came to the rental walk through (which was voluntary on her part) and was very proactive with the rental property agent about specifics of the house. I felt very secure with her presence there.
Ms Issa demonstrated incredible service and compassion during the whole rental search and application process. As a renter and future home buyer, I highly recommend her as a very knowledgeable realtor, who demonstrates a true desire to find the right house, location and concern for your personal interests.

Joseph and Julietta knew exactly what they were doing and how and when to do it to get us exactly what we wanted. After thinking about everything we encountered with them, we are very grateful to have chosen them as our realtors. • 100% of the time, we had constant and immediate positive communication with them no matter how many questions we had. We always knew what was going on as it happened.
• They listened to us and used our “punch list” to show us properties that we described. One of their motto’s should be “We get our clients into the home that suits them best.”
• They were very assertive and focused in getting the best deal for us while maintaining a policy of complete professionalism every step of the way so that both parties not only got what they wanted but were very happy after the deal was done. Who does that in this day and age?
• We could not believe they sold our home so fast in such a down market for the price we wanted then turned around and found us our new perfect home for the price we wanted.
• They have a solid network of professional and efficient contacts built upon mutual respect, knowledge, personal skills, and sheer volume that make them a one stop shop.
• Last but not least, we’ve never seen anyone work as hard and as long as they did for us. It felt like we were their only clients for the amount of attention and customer service we received—but that’s the catch—they had client after client closings, we weren’t near their only clients. It often left us wondering how they did it.
We agree after buying and selling several homes that this was one of the best experiences we’ve had. We are current and hopefully future clients with them and now great friends!
